Low-Temperature Air Unit for Scientific Research
Working Principle
According to the principle of the refrigeration system: low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant undergoes heat exchange with the air flowing into the evaporator in the evaporator. The evaporator absorbs heat from the air. During the evaporation process, the temperature of the refrigerant remains unchanged. The liquid refrigerant evaporates into low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant and enters the compressor. After being compressed by the compressor, it becomes high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant and then enters the condenser. In the condenser, it undergoes heat exchange with the natural air drawn and discharged by the cooling fan, expelling the heat of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant out of the unit. The cooled refrigerant flows out of the condenser and passes through a dryer filter to remove moisture or other impurities contained in the refrigerant during the evaporation process. It then enters the expansion valve for expansion and throttling. Expansion and throttling is a process of rapid cooling, turning the refrigerant into low-temperature and low-pressure liquid. The refrigerant after this process re-enters the evaporator for heat exchange and evaporation, thereby completing the entire process of the refrigeration system. This cycle continues continuously, allowing the water to be continuously cooled. The cold air is then sent to the desired cooling destination through the fan from the air outlet.
Unit Selection
The low-temperature air unit for scientific research is available in split and integrated designs. The split type is suitable for space cooling, with an installation method similar to that of household air conditioners: the condenser is installed outdoors, and the main unit is installed indoors. The integrated unit is more widely applicable, with the main unit for space cooling placed outdoors and connected to air ducts leading indoors. Note: This is fresh air, and it can also be configured as recirculated air.
